Jacquet Brossard
In 1885, Parisian baker Philibert Jacquet filed the patent for toast and created the Jacquet brand. He will be awarded gold medal at the 1889 World’s Fair for this product. Founded in 1931 by Georges Brossard, pastry chef, the Brossard brand is known for its boudoir, this delicious egg biscuit with a light touch and sprinkled with sugar. Today Brossard offers a wide choice of pastries for young and old: the famous marbled Savane, brownies, cakes, pancakes, waffles, boudoirs, biscuits with spoon … to share or in individual portions. For many years now, the Jacquet brand has been present on the market for pre-packaged breads (sandwich breads, sandwich breads, aperitif breads, and breads for baking.
