At Chuckanut Bay Foods we focus on using 100% all-natural ingredients, including locally-produced butter instead of margarine, pure cream cheese, and pure vanilla. We avoid using preservatives and additives. Our well-trained, experienced bakers start from scratch and proudly handmake each selection from bowl to mixer to oven rack. Our cheesecakes are neither highly-processed nor manufactured. Though this is a more expensive means of producing cheesecake, we feel the taste and appearance of our products are worth the cost.
